Hello mr chief of administrator before 3 days i put a forum on som one insulte me with m'y family and exactly with m'y dad

And today when administrator review it je just give him punishement for provoking and he did not give him for violate Général rule 3.2 and he did it clearly at min 0:54

I hope you check it again please

And take the correct décision
