This is a known thing for players with high ping just telling from his accent he would have high ping I have experienced this myself and seen others with this issue of health regaining when being shot by aks. High admins are very aware of this bug as I've been reported for it several times and I've seen others be reported for the same thing. This is nothing other then a ping issue from someone that most likely has 300+ ping
