Hello, dear Chief / Deputy/Curator of administrators

In this forum, as I post, you can clearly see that this guy was using mother and then abusing, according to GR 3.2, mentioning any relatives is against the rules, right? So, why did Mr. Satish not give this guy a punishment for GR 3.2? He gave it only for GR 6.15
