i dont know what exactly his OOC mistakes are but he was definitely waiting to somehow prevent his friend from arrest
after this crash of Heli and car , the heli blasted and he saved his friend only
also , they were obstructing his arrest before

i think you should punish the car driving person 142688 the biggest punishment one could ever have
