Life Story
Turbo was born into a wealthy family; his mother was a housewife and his father was a teacher, but their income was substantial because his mother and father were the people who ran the drug and arms trafficking operations in Los Santos. They had connections with high ranking police officers and government officials, which allowed them to conduct their business easily. By bribing corrupt police officers, they obtained information about upcoming raids, thus preventing the loss of their goods and ensuring smooth entry and exit from the country. However, they did not have anyone they could fully trust there. They feared that their high level trade could become problematic, so they enrolled Turbo in the police academy to make him a police officer. Thanks to their connections in Los Santos, they sent him to the area where the trade was taking place and ensured he attained a high rank there. Now, Turbo was the one securing the trade routes in Los Santos and deciphering the intelligence, but thanks to his high rank and the powerful government officials backing him, he never raised any suspicion.
Career Story
Due to his high rank in the SAHP, he was respected by those below him and feared by others because of the power behind him. This made him arrogant, and he wanted everyone to respect him. If the people he arrested did not respect him or listen to him, he would torture and harm them. He did not speak to the people in the city in a humane manner; he behaved like a gang member, not a police officer. The Leader learned of this situation due to the complaints that came in and stated that he wanted to suspend him for a while, but he was afraid of the high-ranking government officials behind Turbo and turned a blind eye to his being a corrupt police officer. Turbo now felt more comfortable because there was no one who could interfere with him.
Outcomes:
1. Turbo can take bribes and search using family function to see for money in there pockets and tell them and ask (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. Turbo is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, break it (/do Breaks bodycam) and can use Truth serum on the 10-15 to get information (using the /try command twice per situation).
3. Turbo can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
4. Turbo can lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
5. Turbo can leak information to criminals in exchange for money or favours
6. Turbo can disrespect anyone as gang members do. (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
7. Turbo can break people out of jail for money.
