Preparation: Deputy Chief Ninja Rajz and Deputy Chief Alex Snow travels to a secluded or distinct location somewhere along Route 68 and hides out of immediate sight. The single photo hint is taken and posted on Ingrand.
State Wave Broadcast: The event is announced via the State Wave.
Citizen Hunt: Citizens race to decode the photo hint and locate the "Lost Medic" (Deputy Chief Alex Snow).
Transport: The citizen must legally transport the Medic to the designated drop-off point: Pillbox Hospital Parking Lot (PH parking). The use of EMS, PD, or other official faction vehicles is strictly forbidden.
Conclusion: Upon arrival at the designated parking spot, the citizen brings the Medic to the location of a waiting EMS Deputy Chief Ninja Rajz reveals themselves to the crowd). The winner is declared, awarded the prize, and the event concludes.
