Its been 8 days since I and 5 other deputies of the family have been banned including the leader. We were a unofficial family and lost our unofficial status due to the same. We have been very active on the server with atleast 30 active members for atleast 16 hours daily before we got banned. Our family is constantly losing members and activity because of this because most of them like to play events and do criminal activity such as robbing on HW, robbing stores with hostages etc which can be confirmed with the unofficial curators too.

I have requested Jonny to review our case soon whenever he gets time but its taking so long that our family is eventually losing motivation to grow. Not only this many of our family deputies were having business to get more family points and climb the leaderboard of top 10 families . If we dont get with this investigation done soon many of us will lose our assets when we get unbanned that includes our businesses, houses and even our lovely family members who have the zeal to become the best family in EN1.

Also I bought 1500 GC just 7 days before my ban and even bought the premium plus battlepass to support Grand and to get myself some good cars. You can clearly see how I am supporting grand because I love the community here and love to play with them and I would not like to lose my assets because of the investigation period.

If the investigation is gonna take long I would request you guys to please compensate my grand coins for battlepass because I bought them from my hard earned money.
