i was having his friend as 10-15
they broke some rules and i got killed
give them punishment
if seen slowly there ID numbers are visible in the bodycam

DOWN below is the bodycam of my officer who was undercover
you can see that 163685 also broke GR 6.13 !! ( mercy killing) by killing me
