2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
i) I want to get experience of being the leader of a gang and Ballas is one of the most cool and wild gangs. I want to make my term one of the most active terms of Ballas in the history of EN03 Server.
ii) I have HC experience in all gangs and have been active in illegal organizations for a long time. Specifically, I am Ex-13 deputy in Gangs. I know almost every IC rules and can ensure minimal rule breaks in my term.
iii) I love ballas HQ, for me ballas HQ is the best HQ because if someone wants to kill us or any gang wants to attack us they can come right at us and they only have one way to come from, so we can protect our HQ easily.
iv) I want to be the leader of the Ballas gang, especially since I have a lot of memories with this gang in the history of GTA, they are the most active gang in the mode history of GTA , and they always participate in ghetto clap .
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1 . I will not tolerate any kind of Favouritism in gang. If I found that someone doing Favouritism and toxicity He/She will be blacklist from the gang .
2. And My main point is to Hire the guys who is well experienced and Can maintain the good RP level.
3. I will not ignore anyone concern and i will listen to everyone and try to solve the matter ICLY.
4. I will do RP and let my member to do RP every second without any Rule Break !
