Dear Admin Team, I hope this message finds you well.
I wrote this as an attempt to apologize about the events that led to me being blacklisted as a leader. This was the case with the leader of the Bloods & shortly after assuming that role I lost my grandmother. My inactivity during that period was largely because this was a very difficult time for me personally. Leadership duties were being handled by the deputy in my absence. When this was the case and without me being able to manage the group, the deputy got banned and I was left without anyone to manage the team and the decision to disband was made. I wrote the message in the Curator Chat for disbanding the term. We do understand that with leadership there is an expectation of responsibility, and I personally do appreciate the situation as is. I certainly do not want to let anyone down, and it is clear that there was something that I cannot control. I am hoping to bring back my leadership and prove that I certainly do learn from my mistakes, and I appreciate that you are able to give me the opportunity. I provide to you my word that you will not be disappointed. Thank you for the time and consideration, and I do appreciate the understanding.
