2.Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?
I want to lead Ballas because I believe I can restore and maintain its dominance as one of the most feared and respected gangs in Los Santos.
I have extensive experience in both legal and illegal RP, leadership roles, and event organization. My goal is to form an active, loyal, and disciplined gang that emphasizes strong roleplay, street influence, and control over turfs, store robberies, and black-market networks.
My vision is to build Ballas into a family-driven, fearsome, and organized gang that offers engaging RP for all — blending creativity, power, and respect while maintaining professionalism and high-quality interactions with other organizations and the LSPD.
I am Recently in a SAHP and my friend in Gov. Me and My friend are Both High Commands in it. We saw the the lackness of potential in a Ballas Gang. This because of the low experience player on a High Command positions. Newly joined player in a game. I know That is true a newly people have a right to Join a gang but its not we give a middle or highest rank. Rank is give accordingly to their experience.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
To improve RP will :
1. Enforce strict RP discipline: Every action will have an in-character reason — no random fights or unrealistic behavior.
2. Training & mentorship: I will train new members which are newly joined and help to those keeping and Playing game for long time.
3. Active leadership: I’ll stay involved daily, mediate conflicts, and keep both IC and OOC communication clear. So it will grow the Ballas Gang and Make a no.1 Gang in a RP.
4. Fear: I want to improve the fear level of organisation and improve his experience in a good way.
5.Coordination: I believe in coordination m but the many players don’t know about the real meaning of coordination . I will tell the real meaning of coordination or tech them how to coordinate with your team or gang .
6.Events: Many player are not joining the event because of the low bonus or low wining rate but I will increase where most of the members will join events.

Store robbery: 12k (if we win)
Hostage Situation: 12k (if we win)
Battleship:6k (for joining with proof)
Graffiti: 2.5k per spray
Attacking the İnformer: 18k (if we win)
Fz Raid: All loots is yours
Stealing Trucks from NG: 35k per truck stolen
