Sir, when i was talking to the id 204743, and at time stamp 0:50 the id 172558 started to abuse my mother without any reason and after he went, id 204743 at time stamp 1:30 started to play music in green zone and then he also abused my mother in the left eye which you can clearly see in the POV.

How come that's not a abuse. He clearly used a abusive word in hindi , it is considered highly offensive and is used as a vulgar insult.
