1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I have been a long time player on this project. I have done nearly everything there is to do. I have been state leader, crime leader, family leader and deputy many times for various successful leaders. I have more experience than most players left on the server and I feel I can put that to use in the Admin team, especially recently. Many players know me and I have made a good reputation for myself aswell as building good relationships with administration over my many terms in organisational leadership. I don't think there is much left that I want to do as a player on the server so I would be interested in the chance for this

3. What are your strengths?
I have many strengths. But for admin, I would say my biggest strength is that I have a large amount of experience in every part of the server. I don't only know about the rules but I know most things there are to be known about in crime, turfs, state, unofficial, redux rules and whatever else in the server. And my second strength that adds onto my first is that if there are things I don't know, I am a quick learner and I can grow easily into new roles and work to goals set. I have helped build and train people that now went onto be very successful leaders and some even became admins themselves. I have held the position of leader on EN1 for more than 230 days in different orgs and hosted more than 3 pages of global events. Some of the achievements I have and things I have done are still remembered on this server to this day. Furthermore, one of the things I would be most interested is to help with the turf department, I have alot of experience with turf rules and you can confirm with the current Senior Crime that I have been an active part in the last 5 turf seasons,. I have noticed myself that there are not many Turf Admins and I could help with that. With all this put together, I feel I can help out in the Admin team alot. I am also available on discord for most of the day
4. What are your weaknesses?
*I don't like people with big egos and find it hard to work with them
*I overthink some situations
*If I see someone doing something I don't feel is correct, I will try to do it for them myself
*Strict about the rules
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Experience in all server things, good communication skills, fast response time
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)

7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?

I recently spoke to Mohamed Pluxury privately in DMs if I can have the chance to apply since I have been denied multiple times in the past and he said that I can. You can confirm with him before making your consideration. I know my previous applications have been rejected for punishment history, but I have been accepted for leader many times with the same history.
