Life Story:
Ash lived an amazing life. His life was full of wonders and adventures, he loved traveling, didn't enjoy anything better than a nice exploration around the World. He was chill, didn't cause problems, and was a person with joy and happiness in him. His family was very supportive, they loved him, just as he loved them. They eventually moved to the City of Los Santos, in The State of San Andreas. Ash had lots of passion into being a Businessman, dedicating his life into Real Estate, E-Commerce Business, and lots more. His older brother was in the Marines; they were very close. Until a tragedy struck, Ash’s brother had gotten into an altercation with a dangerous Gang after he was deployed. When his brother had arrived, the Gangs had taken over many neighborhoods. In an attempt of the Marines trying to free the Neighborhoods, Ash’s brother was shot and killed after saving many people who lived in the neighborhoods in which were trapped. This awful event affected Ash in a way no one would have ever expected, he was full of sadness and anger at the same time. He couldn't bear the fact that he was trying to do the right thing and he was killed. Until Ash found something in Himself, all that anger built up turned him into a new Person. Ash was ready to fight for his brother, and what he was fighting for, Liberty.
Career Story:
Ash started his new Career, after his life forever changed. He had new goals; he was going to gain the experience he needed and do what his brother wanted. To become a High Ranked Law Enforcement Agent. Ash began his new life, he started by joining the Police Force, where he learned the basics. He worked his way up, meeting new people, making friends, and getting good advice from his High Commands. Before he knew it, he was a High Command. He interested himself mostly in Advanced Weapons & Tactics Departments. Where he handled intense situations, always remembering why he was doing this. Ash never gave up his interest in Real Estate; he continued to do it on the side. He made his way up to CoS, where he later decided to join other Organizations, such as FIB, SAHP, NG. He went back and forth from term to term, but then he decided to go to Government, where he might find some interests. He was eventually called down to a Global, where heavy backup was needed. When Ash arrived, he had quickly noticed it was the same Gang that had murdered his brother. But they were outnumbered, luckily, they got all out, in which Ash was angry that nothing was done. Ash couldn't take it anymore, he had to do something, he had to get revenge, that's one of the reasons he was there in the first place. In which he had received a mysterious letter, telling him, if he wanted revenge, he had to rebel himself. Ash thought about it, he couldn't stop thinking about it, day and night. Until Ash had made a Decision, he was going to Fight. Fight for his brother, in where the corruption raised. He prepared himself heavily, training day after day, learning every possible strategy to eliminate the Gang. He then was ready; he was ready to end this once in for all. Ash was ready for Revenge.
Outcomes:
1 - Ash can take bribes up to 100k or may give them up to Gangs including LEOs (With Compensation)
2 - Ash can detain anyone that he wants and can suggest they give him bribes such as money or their guns to get free. (Including LEOs. With RP Reason and IC reason to arrest/detain)
3 - Ash can arrest someone for fake charges if he dislikes them. (With RP reason and nothing too severe)
4 - Ash can torture/interrogate for information and can use truth serum to reveal the truth.
5 - Ash can search and destroy bodycams or radios (/try & /do)
6 - Ash can refuse to provide lawyers/pretend that he called one, which includes providing false information
