The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
The VIP/patient (EMS Deputy Chief) needs to be taken to Sandy Shores Medical Center. LEOs start off with an ambulance where the patient is inside, and they head to the NG Base because they were warned of an ambush. They will wait at the NG Base until the situation stabilizes. The LEOs must either kill the gangsters or escort the patient for 10 minutes. If they successfully defended the patient for 10 minutes, they send him to SH. Gangsters/Civilians can enter the NG Base one minute after the LEOs arrive, and they must either kill all LEOs or take the patient hostage. If they succeed, they transport the patient to SH for ransom.
Why this event:
LEOs and gangs must make tactical group decisions under time pressure. Real RP interactions will take place between gangs, LEOs, and EMS according to the rules, enhancing inter-organizational interaction.
Role of Each Organization Involved
EMS (Host): EMS personnel will not enter the hot zone. They will stay at SH Medical Center for LEOs/Gangs to arrive and provide the prize, either as a gift or ransom.
Law Enforcement (FIB/LSPD/SAHP): LEOs will move the patient to NG Base and hold for 10 minutes. If successful, they escort the patient to SH Medical Center.
Gangs/Civilians: They will try to take the VIP hostage and then transport to SH.
Other organizations involved:
FIB/LSPD/SAHP (LEOs): Protection of the patient
GANGs: Will try to kidnap the patient.
Vehicles/weapons needed:
Assault Rifle Carbine for both sides
An ambulance for the patient. (will be driven by a LEO)
Police Camaros for LEOs
jugulars and sultan classics for GANGs
Admin Requirements:
All players may use arms according to server rules; explosives and heavy weapons are prohibited in the combat area.
Vehicles: Allowed and to be provided by administrators.
Teleportation of LEOs/Gangs: Teleporting all participants back to the starting position.
Event Rules:
Combat Zone: Shots can be fired only in the combat zone (NG Base).
No Explosives: Explosives are prohibited.
One Life: If a player is killed or wounded (unconscious), they are out of the event and must respawn outside the area.
Winning Condition: The team in possession of the patient/VIP at the end of the fight will be announced as the winners after taking him to SH.
Vehicles: VDM is strictly forbidden.
How is the event won?
The game is won if LEOs successfully transport the patient to SH or if gangsters/civilians successfully take the patient hostage and move him to SH. Only one side can win, and the last participants from the winning side share the prize.
Prize for the winner: $1,500,000 in cash. The award can be split among the winners without limit. (Limit of the amount of the winners)
