Dear Respected Administrators,
Warm greetings to you all.
My name is Bedoo Snow, and I currently serve as the Deputy Leader of Family Snow. I am writing this message with deep respect and humility to kindly request a review of the permanent ban placed on my accounts on June 3rd, related to GR version 1.6.
After the suspension occurred, I tried to understand the reason, and I was informed by one of the moderators that it was due to an attempt to purchase a Battle Pass, which is apparently not allowed inside or outside the city. I must sincerely admit that I was unaware that this action was prohibited. What happened was a complete misunderstanding and an unintentional mistake.
During one of the Battle Pass missions, the task required me to post an advertisement, so I made a post titled (Battle Pass Task). However, it seems that there was a typing or translation mistake, and the post appeared as (Buying Battle Pass) instead, which understandably caused confusion and may have seemed like a violation of the rules.
I want to make it clear that my country does not support online purchasing options, so I had no intention or even the ability to buy anything in that manner. My only goal was to complete the in-game task as described. I never intended to break any rule or harm the integrity of the community.
I have been a loyal and active member of the city for almost four years, and during all this time, I have always done my best to be respectful, cooperative, and positive within the community. I deeply value the time, effort, and passion that the staff and moderators put into keeping the city fair and enjoyable for everyone.
Therefore, I kindly ask for your understanding and forgiveness, and I respectfully request one final opportunity to return to the city. I assure you with complete sincerity that I will carefully review all the city’s rules again, and make sure I never repeat such a mistake.
I understand that maintaining fairness and discipline is very important for the community, and I truly regret that my actions, even if unintentional, caused any trouble or misunderstanding.
