I was punished for RDM under Gen Rule 6.15, but the situation was handled incorrectly. As per Admin’s clarification, since the player was from an enemy family, I was allowed to shoot without demands. The punishment issued by Mr. Devain Federal I request a review of the case as the punishment was not valid according to GR 6.15
