My plan to improve the Bella Gang's roleplay level is to enforce the strict in-character policy during all our gang activities, with OOC and chatter limited to to private channels to keep our vibe immersive. I will also host weekly RP workshops focusing on crafting backstory's and mastering the street dialogue and I will also host some other things such as bank heists and rival confrontations.
