as you can see this 10-15 after getting arrested wanted to get free after we never do that he started getting personal

FYI: The evidence provided is not clear enough to judge if there was a direct involvement with the suspect as the arresting officer was someone else. Only the person who is related with the situation directly can file the complaint with sufficient evidence so the whole situation can be seen.
