i. Loyalty to the Criminal World
My journey began in the heart of the criminal world and through it i have gained the knowledge, experience and mindset needed to survive and thrive in this life. I have learned how to handle challenges also stay level headed under pressure and make decisions that benefit the organization. I know how to unite peoples handle conflict and keep things moving forward. I will bring not just strength but also strategy and leadership. Thats why I believe I am ready to take the leadership of East Side Ballas to the next level and prove my loyality to the streets of ghetto that raised me.
ii. Strong Ties to the Criminal Community
I have built solid relationships and earned the respect of many in the criminal world of Los Santos i understand how the city operates from the players. This gives me a clear advantage in making the connection with the criminal community and My connections within the criminal community are not just about power but about creating real and long lasting alliances that will help us grow and achieve our goals.
iii. Vision for a Stronger Future for the Ballas
As a leader my main goal is to expand the Ballas reach and reputation throughout Los Santos i want our name to be respected and feared not just in the neighborhood but all over the city with my background in criminal operations and street level experience i know what it takes to secure more territory and strengthen our influence but more than that I want to build a solid foundation built on loyality unity and pride every member should feel like part of a real family i am ready to lead with the vision and experience to make it true.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
My Advices to improve the RolePlay level in the organization are:
1. Minimum level Criteria to be invited in the organization.
2. Following the instructions of High ranks and also follow the ghetto rules.
3. Good bonus will be provided to members for better experience of organization.
4. Highly priority and focus on training new members if they are unexperienced.
Goals to achieve in my Leadership:
1. Active Recruitment everytime and stay active.
2. Attend all gang events with proper rules and max members.
3. Win maximum turfs each time.
4. With the help of my Gang Members try to do maximum FZ Raids.
