2. Why do I want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I was a member of this organization in the past till it was disbanded. I have been under deputy of this organization and i believe that i have experience to lead this organization and make this one of the best in the whole RP server. I've noticed some faults of the organization most of the HC of Ballas had like attitude of their position on the organization and they always behaved rudely with everyone and because of this most of the members didn't participated in the organization event. If i had a chance ti be a leader of this organization i would first make a environment in which event the lowest rank members will get respect and we all can make a friendly environment around because of this everyone will enjoy joining events and contributing their time and efforts to the family.
I would also not do any partiality on the organization like if my Irl friend is in the organization i wouldn't directly make him deputy leader. Like all other members he also should have to earn his position on the organization. As of everyone capability I would give them their suitable rank.
If u consider my application good to become a leader i would appreciate it and give my best to make our gang the best in the whole RP server.
