My Punishment is already finished but i wanna clear this that's why i am making this appeal.

In this forum, we got punished for MG, but how is it MG? My Family member got arrested and there was, there are only two places where they can be taken to DOC. 1st is HW and 2nd is route 68, So we just camp in that area, there was no MG in that we were just camping the HW.
