2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I have always lived with a love of leadership. When I went to an event with my family or similar places, I would usually take the lead and always lead them to victory. That's why I thought I would always lead the San Andreas Highway Patrol to victory.
I have reached the rank of High Command in other organizations example GOV,FIB,LSPD,NG and I realized that it is not as fun or as good as leadership
I am applying to this organization because I believe that I can take on this responsibility and be the best leader for the San Andreas Highway Patrol. And because I am supported by the endless love of my best friends and allies who are by my side.
I wish to apply for this leadership position.
3. Your Advice for Improving the RolePlay Level in the Organization
1. Rule violations will not be tolerated under any circumstances
2. All ranks below Deputy, will be selected based on their activity and promised benefits All ranks up to Commander will be demoted if not active
3. All ranks will be controlled individually by the Leader and Deputies and discipline will always be the first rule
4.Everyone will have to treat each other with respect, there will be no concept that he is my friend and I am intimate with him.
5. Leader will ensure and encourage greater participation in events.
6. Bonuses will be paid at the end of every week.
7. Leader and his Deputies will lead every event with every details
8. All ranks will communicate with each other within a framework of respect. In the event of any disrespect or rule violation, the incident will be discussed by the Leader and Deputies, and the party found to be in the wrong will be immediately blacklisted.
9.In the event of any internal dispute, the Leader and his Deputies shall immediately intervene and resolve the issue themselves, ensuring that the dispute does not harm the org. If the parties involved are members of the org, they shall be punished within the org (strikes,warnings,demotions). If there is a violation of the rules, the parties shall be punished as they deserve, accompanied by the curators.
