First of all, hello. As seen in the video, I got a murder mission. When I got there, the guy was stealing a car. Since he was able to steal a car there, I thought I could kill him, so I did. Then I was punished by Tyrell with GR6.15. I would also like to ask you if this decision was correct.

I see you did do the task, so in my opinion the warning is indeed wrongful. When I checked this there was no indication at all that this was a hit, now I checked again and there is. Decision of course to be made by Chiefs, but as punishing admin I am letting you know my opinion.
