Rejected unban request scam id: 37429

Hello LeBron, I was banned over a year ago for scamming by EL_Pepe on 08/27/2024. My brother logged into his account (ID: 37674) on my PC and sent me $840,000 because he wasn't going to play anymore. We forgot to change the Rockstar account and weren't aware that we had to do it. My brother was banned for 1.1 RG. He claimed he wasn't scammed and didn't steal anything. I'd like to know if it's possible to get unbanned, because I've learned my lesson and understood that I should no longer let anyone log into my Rockstar account, even if it's not my account.
