Player clearly didnt give any demands he just killed me on the street in a non scripted GZ
Also person said 2x the F word in the begin and right when he kills me you can hear that he tried to say it again.

Bounty hunters don't have to give you demand, they can kill you anywhere except GZ and the place you stand is not a GZ.
