2.1 I want to become Leader of East Side Ballas , i have serving in many gangs and build lot of experience and that is one of the reason i want to become a leader of East Side Ballas , i would like to do events and make people listen and making plans together.
I have build relationships and respect from people.
2.2 i have always wanted to become the leader of East Side Ballas and have a great time with the gang and the members , the connection with people makes me strong , having good people around me.
2.3 I have seen the behaviour between the gangs and wanted to stop this, everything is going to be fine in the term and no one will fight each other. It will improve the togetherness and community inside the gang and it will always let us win everything against everyone.
When togetherness and a great community come, success also comes at the same time.
