2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I want to be lead of SAHP because i have learn most of the thing of legal organisation from SAHP to how to arrest someone how to tow vechile its have been my fav organisation i have spent my all time learing in SAHP its the best org if i got chance i will lead SAHP very greatly .
2. I have spent my all time in legal orgs i have served as a LT.General and as High Command In FIB ,SAHP and I have strong communication skills that will allow me to effectively interact with my employees and efficiently resolve any internal issues they face. If chosen as a leader, my primary goal is to transform the city into the safest possible environment.
3.Lastly, i aim to be the one who leads the organisation by spirit and example. I aim to ensure no mistakes are made and if they are made it’s learnt without any doubts or questions that prevent them from doing that action again due to the mistakes they made in the past, I believe in leading through example as it is the best way others follow and understand how we are supposed to act to certain scenario is and further on .
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. I will make sure that HR is training every trainee properly and taking care of their training to the every single point. No one will get promoted to trooper position without completing their training properly. HR team will be conducting mass trainings during day and night time for trainees.
2. I will make sure that HOD SWAT is conducting combat trainings with other orgs to improve our shooting and strategic abilities. SWAT department will be leading all events and hunting cannabis, wanted criminals within jurisdiction of SAHP and also outside the jurisdiction of SAHP if other orgs need our help.
3. I will make sure that our PR team is conducting fun and exciting events. PR will have unique ideas and will be conducting events in different locations and different ideas. PR will be giving interviews with LI to improve the RP and will try to complete the event requirem
