Me and my friend were near the water when this person started attacking my friend. My friend was in the water, and the suspect was punching him repeatedly, trying to kill him.


After everyone got out of the water, the suspect somehow became unconscious (I’m not sure if it was from our side or not).


When we saw her down, we healed her up to help, but she started shouting and provoking us in RP. We decided to avoid any conflict and left the area peacefully.


After the in-game situation, the same player took the IC conflict to OOC, contacting me on Discord and doing parental insult there.
While I understand Discord evidence is not accepted as proof, I am mentioning this only to show that the player continued the same behavior outside the game, which falls under GR 6.10 (moving IC to OOC).

This type of provocation and OOC disrespect breaks the rules and affects the RP environment negatively.

I have never punched his fnd it was miss key alienment as it late nyt for me and single punch was not to hit his friend.

But he came out of water and killed me

After that i had called my brother Ameer Vercetti who is my brother in OOC and explined him the sitation he pinged him and talked nicely with him but he insulted him and blocked him in discord.

On the same time me and my fnd Imam Vercetti went and rob his house and i called him and asked him how was fine but he insulted me by selling "I saw you begging in the beach market".

After that he unblocked my brother so i was in phone call with my brother in OOC I asked him to keep call in speaker then I have scolded him bcz of this reason after that my bluffed about me "If i will say I am Elon Mask" Am I??

So i want u too plz look into it we never scolded him ingame in chats to he was one to start the toxicity.
