Dear Higher Admins,
Mr. Cosmic_Hayes has overlooked the Mercy Killing punishment in this form, as I clearly showed in two videos that the player killed his friend to send him to the hospital in order to free him from the cuffs.

I hope he fixes the message written in his banner because it takes you to the complaint about the admin in (en1) not in (en2)
