There was no intent of harassing anyone. Using the emote really mean harassing or abusing? I didn't say anything to them. If they felt uncomfortable they could have left the area but they kept standing there. Even the rule GR 6.9 states that victim should leave the area. The whole time I was mute saying nothing at all.
