Was driving back to city, stopped to type and when leaving, saw someone pull a fast U turn, and went to start my cam, accidentally hopped out of my car. Trying to run back to it, they were pushing it along the highway until it smashed to the other lane. Then when I finally start getting close and ask them about it, they hit me with the car. Absolutely baffling.

I basically run back to them until 00:49, then they begin again
