so I posted a conplain about player that he is doing ER 1.2 and moe rejected it saying you are in ghetto and its allowed
according to my POV you can clearly see that there is hacker attack going on and the moment i was trying to go on top roof and fight i realised that hacker attack was over(USSS defused that satelite). so I changed my plan and decided to head back to HQ or you can say get out of ghetto.
I believe hacker attack is an IC event and there is a particular parameter of that event as well and ER 1.2 clearly states that It is forbidden to kill/rob/kidnap/etc. before the event starts(10 minutes before), during and 5 minutes after | Warn
He killed me right after hacker attack ended and he is one of guys who started the hacker attack so he already knew that there was a hacker attack going on
