I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to respectfully appeal the recent ban issued against me and my family members for alleged bug abuse involving a "Hacker Attack" on an accessible rooftop.
To be completely transparent, we were genuinely unaware that our actions were considered a violation of the server's rules. The rooftop in question appeared to be openly accessible, and we observed several other players using it in a similar manner without facing any penalties. Based on this, we assumed it was permitted and did not intend to exploit or any bug's abuse.
If our actions were indeed against the rules, I offer my sincere apologies. I now understand the seriousness of the situation and assure you that I will be far more vigilant and respectful of the rules moving forward.
I have attached or can provide my POV for your review. I am also fully willing to accept a money wipe or any other corrective measure you see fit, as a sign of accountability and to demonstrate my commitment to fair gameplay.
I have always tried to be a loyal and respectful member of the community, and it would mean a great deal to me to be given the opportunity to continue contributing positively to the server.
