Dear Administrator,
I am writing to appeal my recent ban for “bug abuse,” issued by Vecena Federov with the reason provided by Avansh Yadav. My family and I were participating in a hacker attack at the tower near Marabunta HQ a location we have used previously without any issues. During the event, we were engaging with LEOs and defending the satellite as usual when the ban was applied.
To be fully transparent, we were genuinely unaware that our actions could be considered a violation of the server’s rules. The rooftop in question appeared to be openly accessible, and we observed several other players using the same spot without facing any consequences. Based on this, we believed it was a legal location and had no intention of exploiting or abusing any game mechanics.
If our actions were indeed against the rules, I sincerely apologize. I now fully understand the seriousness of the matter and assure you that I will be more cautious and respectful of the server’s regulations moving forward.
For clarification, the tower we used has stairs, not ladders which are typically associated with bug abuse and I have a complete POV recording of the incident available for review upon request. I kindly ask you to reconsider the decision and lift the ban, as this was a genuine misunderstanding rather than an intentional rule violation.
