Hello Lebron,
I am writing to respectfully appeal my ban from Grand RP DE01, which took place on July 31th, 2024.
I was banned for “cheating” — this was the second time I was banned for that reason. The situation was related to a visual modification (Redux) that I had installed for about four hours. After noticing that the lighting was extremely bright and unrealistic, I completely removed the mod. Importantly, I was banned Eight days after I had already uninstalled Redux.
I want to be very clear that I never used any cheats or gameplay-affecting programs. During the short time the visual mod was active I had no gameplay advantage — no better visibility, no fog removal, and no unfair effects. It was purely cosmetic.
I truly enjoyed playing on Grand RP DE01 and invested a lot of time and effort into my roleplay, particularly as a police officer. I always tried to follow the rules and contribute positively to the community. I now fully understand that even visual modifications can be considered a rule violation, and I apologize for any misunderstanding.
As a final request, I kindly ask whether it would be possible to reduce both of my accounts’ bans from 9999 days to 60 days, instead of the current permanent/long ban. I believe a reduction would be a fair compromise given that the modification was visual, removed well before the ban, and that I never used it to gain advantage. I would be extremely grateful for a second chance.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I promise to never use external modifications again and to strictly follow all server rules should I be allowed to return.
