2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation.)
-On my first day moving to this city, I had no money and fainted from hunger. When I opened my eyes, I found myself in the hospital. Since I studied health at university, the doctors saw this in my record and offered me a job. That’s how I started working at EMS, which became my first organization. As a doctor, I have always wanted to lead EMS and keep it at the highest level. I also had the honor of serving as an EMS deputy for a term. I have handled every situation and circumstance without any problems. I will ensure that every employee adheres to the chain of command.
- I really want EMS to shine, and what I mean is not only a good term. Some people think that EMS is not as important as other organizations. That annoys me a lot, and I want to be honored to have the chance to change it. I am ready to sacrifice all I've got with the support of tons of people who are backing me up. I have to prove them wrong, and I am as ready as my team to work day and night for this cause. I truly mean it when I use the word cause.
- I will ensure that my whole HC team is made up of outstanding, well-deserving workers who will dedicate their time and energy to help me, my term, and the citizens. Also, I will ensure that no one in the organization is guided by favoritism. Will ensure that all employees adhere to the code of conduct and work ethics in order to maintain the smooth operation of the organization.
3. Your advice for improving the role-play level in the organization
- I would like to set up a one-on-one consultation program where people may go to a doctor in the PH for regular help with their health issues and receive a report on the vitamins, blood groups, and supplements needed for a healthy lifestyle. This encourages citizens to get involved with doctors and keep a close relationship with them, which might motivate them to become doctors in the future.
-To improve the role-play level in emergency medical services, I would focus on regular training in the surgery department and rescue operations, consistent standards, and better team coordination. Detailed professional medical RP will keep our department realistic and engaging for everyone.
- I will organize a weekly-based promotion ceremony and try to provide each person the rank they deserve; because of this, they will work more harder and with full dedication
- I will establish a HC team where employees can express their problems in a friendly manner when there is a problem
