Life Story:
Hawk was born in a small town in Jharkhand. He belonged to a very poor family who barely had resources for daily food, because of which Hawk indulged in lots of illegal activities such as stealing, forging fake documents, etc. for money at an age of 15. But soon he met the local gangster of that area who seemed to like his skills as a thief, and he invited Hawk to work under him and promised that he would provide him good food and place to live. And then Hawk left his home to live with the gangster and started to work under him. Days passed and Hawk did multiple robberies and all of them were successful, the gangster was very happy with his work and provided him with a good house as a gift of his work. After a few days the local police chief retired and a new chief came in the city who had experience as a military colonel. The new chief knew his work very well and he did lots of arrests within the first few days of him becoming the chief. But soon he attracted the attention of the gangster under whom Hawk was working.
The gangster soon made a plan with his men to rob the biggest bank in the city which would risk the job of the new chief of police. He specially appointed Hawk for this robbery as he executed each and every robbery perfectly as planned. Hawk had lots of trust on the gangster and he followed each and every order which he got from the gangster. The day on which robbery was planned came and the gangster and his men arrived at the bank which they planned to rob. Hawk lead the robbery perfectly. They stole all the cash while 2 of the bank employees were being held as hostage. The police arrived at the scene soon and took their positions outside the bank and were ready to catch the thieves. Roads were filled with spike strips and police cars with engine blockers ready to chase the gang cars. The gang members soon stole the cash and came running out of the bank and as planned Hawk will come out last and sit in the last car with the gangster and leave the scene. But as the gang members came out the police started firing at the gang cars' tires and punctured some of them. There was only one car left in which the gang leader sat and drove off leaving all the gang members and Hawk behind. Police arrested all of them and Hawk was sentenced for 5 years in prison. After this incident Hawk had realized his mistake that he should not trust anyone blindly and had to spend most of his teenage in the prison.
Career Story:
Hawk came out of prison after he was 20 and became an adult. He had an uncle in Los Santos who worked as a Federal agent who visited India to meet Hawk. He offered Hawk to come to Los Santos with him where he could take training as a police officer. Hawk realised that his condition was not good enough to reject his uncle's offer, he gladly accepted it. After shifting to Los Santos Hawk work very hard to be selected a police officer and his hardwork paid off. at the age of 21 Hawk became an ACP and started working hard as a police officer. He soon solved lots of cases and helped in controlling the crime rate of the city a lot. Hawk recieved lots of medals for his bravery and experience as a police officer. Hawk also got a chance for becoming the Deputy Chief of Police but, he had something else in his mind. He soon left the police and joined FIB for gaining more experience as a LEO. He kept his legacy by becoming the most reliable and talented agent in the FIB and solved lots of cases as an undercover officer. Hawk soon became the best FIB agent and also got promoted to high ranks. He was very well known for his combat skills as he saved his whole team a lots of times while doing undercover operations by risking his life. And Hawk also had very good leadership skills because of which he became the head of his department. Hawk soon came to be known as the legendary Agent Hawk who was known to solve each and every case which he was assigned till date. And Agent Hawk still continues to gain more and more experience as a LEO.
Outcomes:
1- Hawk can refuse to show his ID or passport to any civilian or a LEO to save his Identification.
2- Hawk can lie about providing a lawyer and directly process the 10-15 without reading the miranda rights.
3- Hawk can take bribes upto 100k for doing jailbreaks (from darknet or pen drives with virus).
4- Hawk can enter ghetto with his family only while off-duty and kill or rob people (not LEOs) because of his experience as a gangster.
5- Hawk can drive vehicles on offroad or rough terrain (not UB driving) because of his good driving skills. (not with LEOs)
6- Hawk can detain people on fake charges with proper RP and can demand for money (upto 100k) or legal/illegal ammunitions found on the person. (No Force RP)
