Life Story: Amir was born into a life of extreme poverty, the second he came out of the womb. All he saw was darkness, and that is because he was born in an alleyway of Los Santos, his mother nowhere to be found. He was simply left there... That was until one day a stranger was patrolling the area in his police car who spotted him. When the police officer spotted him, he took the kid home and raised his as his own child. Making sure Amir was given every opportunity in life, by making sure he went to school, making sure he did his chores, making sure he was part of the football team. All for a much greater purpose that Amir never truly knew until he was finally about to graduate High School, with dreams of the NFL. His father told him that he needs to be like him and join the LSPD. So, Amir went and applied for the academy where he got in as a cadet his first go around. With his way above average test scores, and his extracurriculars. His dad however wanted him to follow a path he never wanted to...
Career Story:
Amir did do what his father asked of him, and he did it extremely well. His father taught him everything it meant to be a part of the LSPD. After many long years of working tirelessly for the LSPD, Amir was able to continue to rise up the ranks, joining both SWAT and Human Resources because his advanced knowledge in tactics, and his great communication ability when it comes to hiring and training others. To the outside world Rocket appears to be the nicest most genuine guy in the LSPD. But in truth, he wanted to follow his father's path even more, as his father was feared and known as the "White Reaper". Amir did not want to be loved anymore in the criminal underworld. He wanted to be known and feared like his father was. And so, he began his path to become more like his father. He will not change his who he is within the LSPD, and no one will know what he does in his free time outside of the underworld.
Outcomes:
1) Amir has good knowledge of the law, and knows the loopholes in it and is able to break them on and off duty.
