Kylian Cevaroo was born in Bangalore, Karnataka, and grew up in the dangerous world of the Marabunta Grande gang, a group that ruled the streets with their blue colors. Surrounded by crime, loyalty, and violence, Kylian learned early that survival meant obeying the rules of the gang, but he always carried a desire to do good in the world. His life took a dramatic turn when the Deputy Governor of Los Santos intervened, rescuing him from his past and bringing him to a refugee camp, where he began studying law and learning about justice. Despite his tough upbringing, Kylian's heart remained compassionate, always willing to help others, but his struggle with forgiveness led him to sometimes overlook betrayal, a weakness that would follow him into adulthood.
Career Story:
Kylian’s journey into law enforcement began when he joined the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD), where he was trained in arrest procedures and criminal investigations. However, his rise through the ranks wasn’t easy, as he was forced to arrest old friends and associates from his gang days, creating a deep internal conflict. His skills and connections eventually earned him a position in the Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) as a 00 Agent, where he gathered intelligence and took down criminal organizations — many of which had once been his family. Despite his success, Kylian found himself at odds with the system he had pledged to serve, torn between loyalty to his roots and his desire for power. This conflict led him to use his position to manipulate the law, ultimately becoming a corrupt officer, driven by both his past and his thirst for control.
Outcomes:
1- Kylian can take Bribes to release 10-15 and become hostage (Not more than 100k).
2- Kylian can make criminals to drop their weapons or any illegal items so he can keep them for personal use or sell in black market ( Cannot sell the items that belongs to organization ).
3- Kylian can Lie about a lawyer and refuse to read the Miranda Rights.
4- Kylian can search suspects for their bodycams and destroy them with proper RP (“/try to find the bodycam” - 2x per situation - and “/do to destroy it)
5- Kylian can refuse to show his id to civilians and Officers while doing corruption.
6- Kylian can take darknet contacts and initiate jailbreaks.
