2. Why do I want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. Experience and Understanding of the Organization:
I’ve already worked as a deputy in Vagos, so I understand how the organization functions — its strengths, weaknesses, and what motivates the members. This experience has given me the confidence and knowledge to lead effectively. I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t, and I believe I can use that understanding to make Vagos one of the best and most respected criminal organizations on the server.
2. Building a Respectful and Friendly Environment:
One of the biggest issues I noticed in the past was the attitude of some higher commands — they often behaved rudely or showed superiority, which discouraged lower-rank members from participating in events. As a leader, my first goal would be to create a respectful and friendly atmosphere where every member, no matter their rank, feels valued. When everyone feels respected, they naturally become more active and loyal to the family.
3. Fair leadership and equal opportunities:
I want to lead Vagos with fairness and no partiality. Even if someone is my IRL friend, they will have to earn their position like everyone else. Promotions will be based on dedication, performance, and capability, not personal connections. This approach ensures everyone trusts the system, works harder, and feels motivated to grow within the organization — which will make Vagos stronger as a team and as a family.

Main things that I'll consider after becoming a leader:
- Increase the quantity of turfers in the organization to build a powerful offence team.
- I'll always try to give maximum bonus to everyone participating in events.
- Hire not much but experienced and active people in the organization.
- I'll start doing ghetto robbing more.
- Do hostage situation if we don't have number of members participating.
My advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Hire members who are good at planning and turfing:
Like we will be doing many activities like store robberies, Clands, Ghetto robbing, etc. For this all we need some planners on our organization who make sure that we can win that event If we are in any store robbery there should be a propper positions of every turfer and other members and some people should be ready with cars in different positions to take and escape with gang members if anything doesn't go as we planned, In Clands we can make a strategy like from where we will enter and which side we will attack first and when we have to hold back, In ghetto clapping there should be like exact planning of the turfers positions on the roofs corners etc and some people should be ready with cars to block other person's driving lane, etc.
- I'll also make sure that everyone gets their bonus and those people who performed very good gets more bonus that helps to encourage other members to perform more perfectly and accurately next time and helps motivate them.
- I'll also make sure that none of the low ranked members feel disrespected in the organization every single person will get same respect as the leader itself and I'll make sure that none of the High command uses their rank power for their personal benefit.
