Dear PC Checker Admins, I was banned on October 22, 2025, at 6:10 PM for allegedly using illegal 4.1 settings. I respectfully believe this decision is incorrect because not all players in this game use the same graphics card. It's likely a problem with the game itself. I started playing the game a few months ago. I've never downloaded or installed any external settings files. I request a thorough re-evaluation of this matter. If the review confirms the same conclusion, I accept the decision and the responsibility. However, I sincerely request the opportunity to undergo another PC check. I truly enjoy playing this game and have always respected its rules. I've never violated any of its rules. I don't want to miss tomorrow's "Halloween" event, and especially the "GC" event. Thank you for your time and understanding.
