2.1 okay so i want to be the leader because like i have really good exp about ghetto and much more why i want to be a leader is like i have done fz raid many times and i have been a hc in many gangs so i know how how it goes
2.2 when a gang have a good leader the gang will get better balance like not warn every raid or just inv ppl without a good interview when i was a hc every one likes when i interview no one of the ppl interiew got into any problems
2.3 like honestly im a guy who work really hard and like the best for my members my goal is to do vagos the best gang so they dont switch leader the whole time that i know that vagos is the gang who loses the leader the whole time and im here for trying to do the gang better
2.4 ultimately, I find it extraordinarily important to have an appropriate excessive command and crew to reachfulfillment. i love employer and structure inside a hierarchy or a functioning group, in this case a gang, but for that to be feasible each member of the highcommand and even the lower ranks, want to be the appropriate human beings, that allows you to attainthe proper final results. i have the people and assets to make this show up, and as can be visible before, the same excessive command who dominated the streets with Vagos, might be dominating the streets with Vagos 1 more time, which for most of the people in my group, is the first gang which gave them crook revel in within the city.

my advice for improving roleplay level in organization is
1.dont let my ppl to shoot in the hq
2. i will make sure to learn the hc how to interview good
3.i will make sure that they have expirience
4.i will make sure that they dont do some stuff witch is stupid
5. we will be improving our roleplay level to next level of our gang
6. i will do more robberys and like these stuff so they can learn all ppl do some mistakes
