2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

• I have good experience in LSPD, FIB, NG, GOV, EMS, LI and SAHP also. I was Deputy Chief of Police in in LSPD, Federal Commander in FIB,Chief of Staff in SAHP, Chief Of Staff in GOV, Commanding General in NG.
• So I know how to lead a organisation and how to communicate with other legal organisation. A Till date I have not done any work in these organizations which displeased my superiors.
• I have never lead an organization but I have been part of law enforcement groups in important roles. So I think now I can lead. Hope I gained a lot of experience.
• I learned how to lead the organization in missions and events, how to hold everything together under pressure and how to toughen myself up as a true leader to help stabilize things overall.
• And I also learned how SAHP works and what is their main purpose. And I hope I can have a good relationship with every person and I will not offend anyone.
• I learned how to manage people well. My main aim is to continue this organization in the best possible way with the cooperation of all.
• I've always wanted to explore some fun and innovative ways of doing things, maybe in the form of new special missions or perhaps other different things in the organization that can really help make the org fun and alive, and make people want to join SAHP.
• And I think if I can help my employees I'll get better help from them.
• And one thing I will always remember before giving a position I will always conduct an interview to check their knowledge whether they are qualified for the position at least my aim is to make SAHP more active and protest in the city than any other organization.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

• I think newbies should be supported and trained. If they are well trained then they can train others well. I will select my HR staff very carefully so that they can train everyone efficiently. And I think one important department of every organization is HR department and I myself am with this HR department. I have been connected for a long time. So I know running an organization is not much of a problem if they are qualified.
• My intention is to explain the responsibilities of that department to those who are skilled in that department. I will boost the morale of hardworking employees of my organization with strong bonuses so that they feel my organization as their own.
• This method will motivate every employee in my organization.
• As I mentioned earlier my ultimate goal is to make SAHP the most popular and well disciplined org in this city.

My Departments-
Human Resources And Training (HRT) : They will look after the hiring process. They will take interviews, give training to people and look after any mistakes done by the people.
Internal Affairs Agency (IAA) : They would look over the Troopers to make sure they are following the internal rules of SAHP and they would do License Check Bodycam Request etc.
Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT) : They Will Bust Cannabis and to take over the Negations they will also be a hostage Rescue Team.Respond to Alarming Situations and Deal with hard and harsh environment. Special trained people of SAHP. Arrest Criminals And Maintain Crime rate In San Andreas.
High-Way Patrol (HWP) : They would patrol around the Highway by road and Air and would response to situations as fast as they can after SRT.
Under Cover Department (UCD) : They will collect Evidence against Notorious Gangs in the City and they are going to be the special units in all the arrest warrant issued by the DOJ they are going to catch Fugitive/Wanted Criminals.
