1. Leader of San Andreas National Guard

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

I would want to be in charge of the National Guard because I truly believe that I am able to bring it to its highest capability, not only as an army division, but as a disciplined, respectful, and cohesive division that is a model of leadership, cooperation, and professionalism across the state.

Over my time in the city, I’ve served as in many different organizations and have gained deep insight into how to manage people, create engaging roleplay, and maintain stability. Leadership for me isn’t about giving orders it’s about guiding, inspiring, and mentoring those under your command. Many new soldiers join the National Guard uncertain about their roles or expectations. I would hope to be the kind of leader who will instruct them in how to be tough, effective soldiers who will proudly wear the uniform.

A good military is not founded on guns and hardware it's founded on purpose, discipline, and trust. I will create an environment of inclusivity, where all members of the Guard feel valued, where respect and cooperation are the foundations of every mission. Leadership, in my understanding, is leading by example and being professional, honest, and consistent each and every day.

I also desire to revive and restore the public image of the National Guard. We represent order, pride, and defense, and all Guards should uphold that. I as the commander in chief will ensure we not only meet but exceed standards in discipline, coordination, and quality in operations and roleplay.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

Assisting RP for me would start with structure, training, and motivation. My goal would be to prioritize quality rather than quantity to the new members to make sure that every soldier understands what he or she does and who understands his or her place in the Guard. I would accomplish this by first improving Training and Internal Development through re-casting HRT department activity as delivering high level, hands on training courses incorporating military discipline with interactive Role Play.

I will introduce the Tactical Operations Command (TOC) as the strategic brain of the National Guard and an elite command for planning, coordination, and control of all major scale military and joint operations. This module would be the primary command center of Fort Zancudo, where mission briefings, intelligence reports, and operation orders are coordinated and executed. The TOC would be manned by officers and analysts monitoring ongoing missions in real time, informing the departments of the other's immediate status, and making sure that all operations, ranging from base defense to statewide deployment, are going smoothly and successfully. Along with normal operations, TOC would be responsible for mission reports, debriefings, and tactical analysis for future operations' improvement. Incorporating this department, NG has a structured and realistic command structure that brings immersion, orderliness, and cooperation between departments, rendering the Guard professional and serious RP military team. And also I would build collaboration and inter agency RP by conducting joint exercise practice with SAHP and other police departments to make coordination in joint operation.

I would also be completely cooperative with government and LEO departments to execute simulated joint patrol, checkpoint, and air/sea rescue exercise.

My long term vision is to make the National Guard a highly disciplined, esteemed military force known for professionalism and RP quality. I don't want NG to be a supplier or a checkpoint, I want it to be the backbone of San Andreas defense, an army where soldiers are trained, experienced, and commanded with pride.
