2.1 When I started my first crime organization, Ballas, I gained a lot of experience as a lower command member. I made many mistakes, but I learned from them. Gradually, I got promoted to a high command role in crime organizations. Then I decided to lead a crime organization, and Ballas gave me that chance. Almost every crime organization has rude behavior, but I will ensure there is calm and friendly behavior in Ballas.
2.2 I will organize events like gun store robberies, store robberies, and FZ raids on a daily basis. I will do my best to make Ballas the most active and feared organization. If I get the leadership position, Ballas will dominate the ghetto. I will not show favoritism. Everyone will earn their ranks based on their activity.
2.3 I noticed that many gangs are inactive at night. I will assign at least one deputy to improve our activity during that time so we can attend car thefts and other events. Having great deputies is key to a successful and memorable term. Not only the deputies but also every member ranked 5 to 9 must be consistent and responsible in attending events. I will ensure I deliver on what I said.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
3.1 Avoid “Fail RP”, Powergaming, and Metagaming
Make sure all members know what’s allowed and what breaks RP rules.
No metagaming (using OOC info IC), no powergaming (forcing actions), and no random shooting without RP context.
3.2 I will appoint deputies in all necessary time zones. This way, we can be the most active gang in the city.
3.3 I will ensure that my gang participates in all criminal activities like Gun Store Robbery, Hostage Situation, Fort Zancudo Raid, BattleShip, Clandestine, and more.
3.4 I will be a strong turf leader and build a team with experience to aim for 100% turf during my term.
3.5 I won't tolerate any rule breaking by my gang members, even if they are friends or acquaintances. The rules apply to everyone, and they will face the same punishment.
