2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. i have joined both organisation in city (state and gang) and achieve high command there. but i like state org because where u can see communication b/w dept employee in every situation. i am currently in sahp as chief of staff and i have experience in all state org so that i am confidence that i can handle the ng easily with my friends and family member with the aim of protecting our base, provide ammos to other state org, respond to all global and events to provide backup and try to become the most active state org in city.
2. I want to become the leader of SANG because i want to recurit more and more people in my term, attending all events with good numbers especially in night time, always cover both gates with at least 2 or more units. I have good knowledge about the ng function, work and their responsibility and i am ready to take a lead as a general to lead my team in a sincere, dedication and without any kind of favouritism of rank in the organisation ..
3. As a leader i know all the responsibility and always comply and listen with my curator suggestion about our organization, and i will ensure that all weekly requirement will be done without any impact. We will do gp more than requirement in a week and complete lr 1.9 before the time and try to reduce all the things that harm the org or get org warn. Second thing, i will personally talk with my soldier about bonus structure, growth and improvement point so that i can build trust and they can tell anythinh freely.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Always conduct a training to improve shooting, negotiation and physical skills.
2. always do a promotion ceremony for all employee their promotion.
3. Taking people in org by passing phases like checking passport, license and background phase 2 verify and check the rank proof phase 3 take him in org to avoid favouritism.
4. do a meeting with other state leader/deputy to make good relation with them.
5. Make a good bonus structure in the organization for every event.
6. always ensure that all soldier work in professional way and there will be no toxicity.
