Additional information
1. Leader of LSPD

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1) Safety and equity are at the heart of the LSPD's mission. In a position of leadership, I'd make sure the department upholds rules and regulations from an ethical, disciplined and respectful standpoint. Therefore, I must set an example, teach others how to respond, and act justly and fairly. If I can't be trusted, others in the department won't trust me and neither will the citizens.

2.2) Leadership is not only running the ship on a daily basis, but also establishing an atmosphere of sustainability and development. I would like to facilitate systems, training, and policies that increase efficiency and professionalism. I would always want to make a difference that lasts so that even officers in the future can benefit from the changes we make now.

2.3) As the leader, I would establish a positive and professional work environment where all officers feel appreciated and motivated to give their all. I would lead by example and ensure expectations were transparent for the members to absorb, gain confidence, and work together. The more united the team is, the better their department is known for efficiency and respect in the community.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1) As frequent training sessions on traffic stops, arrests, and use of force will occur, members will become accustomed to how these events "actually" play out, increasing immersion for both newer officers needing to maintain a level of professionalism and veterans who want to keep the scenarios as realistic as possible.
