Why I Would Lead the National Guard?
I have been on the server for quite some time now and during that I have swung my way through a number of different factions legal and illegal. Each role has taught me something new and as a whole I've learned how this server works inside and out.
my experience National Guard – Rank 27 LSPD – Rank 26 SAHP – Rank 22 Bloods, Rank 13 (Under Deputy ) Marabunta rank Under Deputy) This is not just a list of ranks — these were command positions where I have taken charge and had to make decisions and establish trust with other people. I have learnt how to command teams, handle stress and communicate with superiors and with more junior staff.
Leadership Style
leadership is not taking charge or issuing commands it is building a team where everyone feels that they are of value. I am really interested in participation and attendance. I check in on individuals help out when Ifthey need it and don't leave anyone behind. A good unit is one where everyone is reading off the same page and helping the others.
Structure and discipline are important but so is morale. My intent is to strike a balance and create a place where people want to get better and are proud of what they do. If I’m in charge of the National Guard, that’s the kind of culture I’m going to have.
MY PLAN TO BETTER RP IN THE GUARD
Real Training that Made a Difference I will present real training programs under the supervision of a dedicated HR department. These will be taught in practical in-game skills and interesting RP. Topics will include:
Formations and team play Gate & Checkpoint operation Joint operations with LSPD, SAHP and FIB Authentic RP situations to increase immersion and realism 2. Divisions With Purpose To add a bit of order to this chaos, and also make things a bit more fun to RP, I'll establish internal departments - each with an RP value and purpose:
HR: Onboarding, recruitment and training-focused Military Police (MP): Base security, discipline as well as enforcement of rules SASD (Special Armed Services Division): High risk missions and tactical engagements Air Force: Air support, transportation, reconnaissance Public Relations (PR): Manages events, inter-org communication and building the public image Final Thoughts
