2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I do love SAHP and have done a lot of RP as an SAHP officer. I would love to be the leader of the org in which I have done much, and have good memories
I have a lot of experience in leos org and also as the HC, have been curator of the same org in the past
And I always believe that I can do a lot more RP for myself and others as a leader, with some OOC and IC events hosting with the help of curators
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Firstly, I will try my best to have as many numbers as possible in the org and train them properly. I will take care of the HR team personally.
I will also hire people who are new city and let them experience Leos RP in our city, will train them, and let them enjoy the way I did when I was in org
Second, I will host as many IC and OOC events with the help of curators and the admin team, to make everyone have more RP
Third, will do Drills and Highway Patrols and Ghetto Patrols to the Fulles, not just for the requirement, if I have enough numbers, and I will try my best to gain those numbers. I will also have DA and corrupt bios, which will help in creating RP with other Orgs.
In my Term, I will have a shift system which will make covering HQ easier and more Systematic
I will also make some weekly tasks for my term, which have to be followed, and there will be a promotional ceremony every weekend
I will also make some departments like HRT, SWAT, IA & PR
